1、负责TikTok业务用户研究工作，帮助业务理解不同市场用户； 2、根据业务问题，能独立完成用户研究项目的需求分析、方案设计、项目执行，并输出有较强落地性的研究报告； 3、保持对业务的理解度，通过研究挖掘和寻找能帮助业务带来增量的机会； 4、前瞻性梳理、判断互联网内容型产品及相关行业的市场环境及动态，结合业务进展，进行专题的用户/达人调研分析。

1、3～5年市场与用户研究经验，熟悉各种研究方法，能独立完成定性定量研究项目，有国际化研究项目经验优先； 2、优秀的英文听说读写能力，能用英文执行项目（包括项目设计、访谈、报告撰写），熟悉跨文化沟通场景，能阅读专业论文，如掌握其他语种更佳； 3、对泛娱乐内容及社区生态有研究经验者优先； 4、具备良好的沟通能力和推动力，富有团队精神，具有良好的自我管理能力和执行力； 5、熟悉了解并掌握SPSS、SQL等统计软件，具备大数据分析能力者优先； 6、本科及以上学历，包括但不限于心理学、统计学、社会学、市场营销、经济学、国贸等相关专业。
