1、完善TikTok PGC作者工具方向的指标度量体系，优化北极星指标、牵引业务增长； 2、参与作者工具方向重点项目的分析工作，从工具体验、投稿增长、作者成长等角度挖掘优化方向，为业务的发展提供有效的策略输入； 3、运用严谨的统计科学方法，包括A/B实验、因果推断、回归分析等，评估各项策略效果；深入分析实验结果，为业务快速决策提供量化的依据，并不断优化实验设计，提升评估效率； 4、持续探索和归纳数据分析方法论，沉淀可复用的分析框架和工具，提升分析能力；参与数据产品的设计和迭代，将数据分析能力产品化，为业务团队提供更高效、便捷的数据服务。

1、本科及以上学历在读，统计学、数据科学、经济学、数学等相关专业； 2、对数据敏感，能快速理解业务，能发掘业务细节和数据之间的联系，能通过数据对业务进行抽象量化和量化推断； 3、精通SQL，熟练掌握Python/R等数据分析工具，具备优秀的可视化能力；熟悉常用机器学习算法原理，了解因果推断、A/B实验等方法； 4、具备优秀的逻辑思维能力、问题分析和解决能力，以及良好的沟通表达和跨团队协作能力； 5、有较强的学习能力和好奇心，对短剧业务充满兴趣； 6、出勤时间：一周五天，能够实习半年以上。
