1、内容策划与编排：负责美国市场的日常内容排期，亲自甄选优质原生XR内容及3D/2D视频精华内容，确保平台内容保持新鲜度、相关性且契合当地文化共鸣； 2、用户生命周期运营：执行本地化营销活动，以推动用户获取、留存与活跃；你将负责结合国际用户习惯，制定应用内活动、社区触达及推送通知策略； 3、第三方应用集成：作为外部流媒体合作伙伴的主要对接窗口，确保其在我们的扩展现实（XR）环境中的集成效果得到优化，并排查解决运营问题，以维持优质的用户体验； 4、本地化产品运营：充当“美国用户的代言人”，与研发及产品团队紧密协作，针对UI/UX本地化、功能需求及区域性问题反馈意见，确保应用程序适配美国市场，给用户带来原生使用体验； 5、数据分析与报告：独立跟踪并分析指标（日活跃用户数、观看时长、留存率），你需要将原始数据转化为可落地的洞见，并为全球管理团队定期提交报告； 6、外部合作伙伴关系：发掘并对接本地XR创作者、行业KOL及XR摄像设备企业，为平台引入独家原生内容，提升品牌曝光度。

1、3年以上内容运营、用户增长或数字流媒体（OTT）领域实操经验，且须针对美国市场； 2、对美国流行文化、流媒体趋势及社交媒体生态具备深刻且敏锐的理解； 3、英语达到流利水平；具备专业级中文应用能力者将被优先考虑，以确保与总部及技术团队顺畅协作； 4、具备独立“把事做成”的成熟经验，能够独立主导项目从构思到落地的全流程； 5、具备使用数据可视化工具（如SQL、Tableau、内部仪表盘）推动运营决策的经验。

加分项 1、有在虚拟现实/增强现实/混合现实（VR/AR/MR）领域的工作经验； 2、充分理解在3D/空间环境与传统2D屏幕中，内容消费行为存在的差异； 3、具备管理与主流媒体机构或应用开发者运营合作关系的相关经验； 4、能够从容应对跨时区工作，妥善把握跨境组织架构的各类细节差异。
