1、负责PICO商业化及市场团队从0到1的客户侧落地，开拓重点行业客户，建立标杆案例； 2、独立完成大客户从商务洽谈、方案呈现到合同签订的全流程，对销售结果及回款负责； 3、聚焦教育、消费电子、互联网、汽车、快消等行业，挖掘客户在VR/AR场景下的营销及品牌宣传需求； 4、将一线实战洞察转化为可复制的方法，协助搭建销售流程及客户分级体系； 5、根据目标制定销售计划，规划行业客户销售策略，并根据市场变化适时调整，完成公司下达的销售指标。

1、5年以上大客户销售工作经验，有教育、消费电子、科技行业经验优先； 2、近3年有独立操盘并成功签约项目的实战案例，熟悉招投标及高层对话； 3、有一定数据敏感性和行业分析能力，能独立产出行业分析和策略洞察； 4、拥有较强逻辑思维能力，能够独立产出行业解决方案，并完成讲解； 5、具备创业心态、自驱力，学习意愿强，愿意与业务共同成长。
