1、负责制定从芯片回片到终端产品大规模上市的全流程集成与导入主计划，跨团队领导相关人员，确保项目目标一致、信息同步、风险共担； 2、与内部团队紧密合作，主导基于新芯片的参考设计开发，协调资源支持内部终端产品团队完成系统级设计和评审，管理和跟踪所有与芯片相关的系统级问题； 3、主导制定芯片在终端产品中的系统级验证计划，协调软件和驱动团队确保芯片软件集成交付并满足需求，快速响应并主导分析和解决过程中出现的复杂问题； 4、作为技术专家解决在产品开发过程中遇到的技术难题，提升内外部合作团队满意度，满足芯片相关量产交付需求，主导分析和解决客诉问题，推动闭环处理； 5、管理整个项目，包括不限于时间规划、成本管理、质量把控，是项目成功交付的第一责任人。

1、本科及以上学历，电子工程、微电子、计算机科学等相关专业； 2、5年以上半导体或消费电子行业工作经验，其中至少3年以上担任芯片项目经理、系统项目经理或高级产品工程经理等任职经历； 3、拥有成功领导至少一个完整的、基于自研芯片的终端产品上市项目的经验者优先； 4、深刻理解芯片技术，具备扎实的系统级知识，包括硬件设计、PCB工艺、电源管理、信号完整性、热设计等； 5、了解嵌入式软件、驱动程序开发流程和操作系统； 6、具备卓越的项目及风险管理、出色的组织能力、卓越的沟通能力、良好的项目推进能力和较强的学习能力；具备发现定位以及解决问题的能力，能够快速有效地应对挑战，作出决策确保项目成功。
