1、参与三维重建相关3D/4D算法的研发并推进其在MR应用场景中的落地； 2、与PICO跨职能团队紧密合作，促进软硬件协同创新； 3、跟踪3D视觉领域的最新研究进展并撰写论文/专利。

1、计算机、数学、电子信息、通信工程或相关专业领域，硕士及以上学位； 2、具备优秀的编程能力，熟练掌握Python/C/C++等计算机语言，熟悉常见深度学习框架； 3、在3D计算机视觉或计算机图形学领域具备扎实的算法基础，有3D Gaussian Splatting（3DGS）/NeRF相关项目经验。

加分项： 1、对NeRF或3DGS有深入理解，包括但不限于： 1）熟悉3DGS及其变体（Mip-Splatting、Mini-Splatting、3DGS-MCMC等）； 2）了解Sparse/Single View下的3DGS（FSGS、Flash3D等）； 3）了解Feed-forward 3D重建算法（AnySplat、Volplat等）； 4）具有高保真、高效率训练、高效渲染、单图/视频转GS的科研或项目经验； 2、在计算机视觉/图形学/机器学习等领域顶级会议或者期刊发表文章者优先； 3、ACM-ICPC、NOI/IOI、TopCoder等竞赛获奖者优先。
