1、主导公司全球各区域社媒官方账号的运营，把控内容调性，规划营销日历，通过高质量内容，与粉丝良性互动，传播公司品牌价值观和产品独特魅力，提升大范围的品牌认知、偏好和信任； 2、熟悉全球主流社媒平台的打法，持续精细化运营，并通过与平台官方的建联、对行业趋势的判断、对网络热点的把控，提升社媒营销效果； 3、熟练掌握各社媒平台的加热机制，通过投放工具，加热助推高品质内容，集聚粉丝； 4、能够根据社媒运营经验或使用工具，对账号运营数据进行分析复盘，总结打法，分析和需求，优化运营思路，并对内容营销策略提供有效输入； 5、参与产品线社媒内容营销策略、新品推广计划制定，并负责目标执行落地、效果验收与复盘总结。

1、本科及以上学历，广告学、传播学、市场营销相关专业者优先； 2、熟悉各社媒平台规则、特点，对网络热点敏感度高，有较强审美能力者优先； 3、具备3年及以上中英文或其他小语种社交媒体运营经验者优先； 4、了解各平台的加热广告工具和操作流程，有优秀应用实践者优先。
