日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、研发基于多模态（视觉、语音、传感器等）的多模态交互与理解算法，提升XR设备的场景与意图感知能力； 2、探索大规模合成数据生成技术，解决XR真实场景中长尾问题的数据饥荒与标注成本瓶颈； 3、探索端到端多模态大模型架构，用LLM解决XR真实问题； 4、完成从问题定义、模型训练到端侧推理部署的全流程闭环，追求效果与性能（准确率/延迟/内存）的最优解； 5、总结高价值算法创新，主导撰写专利申请与文档沉淀。

1、硕士及以上学位在读，计算机视觉、图形学、计算摄影、机器学习等相关专业； 2、具备优秀的编程能力，熟练掌握Python/C++等计算机语言，熟悉常见深度学习框架； 3、扎实的CV/图形学基础：多视角几何、相机模型与标定、重建与渲染、时序一致性、优化与数值计算。

加分项 1、具备以下任一方向经验：视频生成（文/图生视频、长视频/高清）、场景生成（全景、相机可控、世界模型）、新视角合成（3D/4D）； 2、具备大模型相关研究或实践经验，精通Transformer架构，且拥有端到端多模态大模型相关经验，尤其在VLA（视觉语言动作）领域有相关积累者优先； 3、在CVPR/ICCV/ECCV/NeurIPS/SIGGRAPH等发表论文。
