1、负责PICO商店硬核游戏品类（包括枪车球等经典品类）的整体运营；作为该品类的运营BP，深度了解全球游戏市场，结合VR空间计算设备的特性，制定并落地中国区及全球区运营方案，对游戏品类收入、用户规模和留存等指标负责； 2、负责平台活动的全流程落地，包括季节性大促、首发折扣、捆绑销售等活动的策划、资源协调、上线执行与效果复盘，对促销活动GMV、转化率等指标负责； 3、结合不同区域市场特性（中国/欧美等）制定并落地差异化内容运营方案，策划并落地重点游戏首发和重点节点推广、运营游戏社群，培养游戏鉴赏家、提升用户留存、活跃和收入； 4、关注AI技术在游戏运营和平台运营领域的应用，结合AI工具优化运营流程、创新活动玩法； 5、持续追踪全球VR游戏、主机游戏、安卓游戏的发展趋势；建立游戏品类运营数据看板，定期分析游戏表现和促销活动效果，沉淀标准化运营框架。

1、本科及以上学历，4年以上游戏运营经验，英语可作为工作语言； 2、具备2年以上促销类活动运营相关经验，有游戏促销活动策划、落地、复盘全流程经验，对中国及全球不同区域玩家的差异有基础认知，具备一定的本地化运营能力； 3、至少拥有一台VR设备，是资深游戏玩家，对核心玩家和大众玩家群体都有深入了解，熟悉安卓、主机、VR游戏生态，尤其关注硬核游戏和枪车球品类； 4、对AI技术感兴趣，有使用AI工具优化工作流的经验，思路灵活，具备创新意识； 5、具备良好的跨团队沟通能力和项目推动能力，能独立对接商务和开发者、协调资源推进项目落地。
