1、负责PICO场景的内容治理、入库管理，以及观影房排播规划与执行，确保内容合规、分发及时； 2、负责平台各Banner位的配置、投放及排播管理，通过投放内容策略及活动玩法制定提升业务关键指标；联动产品研发团队完成业务功能测试、上线，响应Oncall需求，保障业务功能正常运转； 3、与各业务方对接，承担内容入库、直播、活动等业务需求的规划工作，结合平台业务场景，制定相关运营规则与标准； 4、结合产品迭代、热点趋势，提出内容供给优化建议（如2D转3D应用、节日个性化策略、AIGC内容），开展内容管理、数据分析及活动配置工作，为运营策略优化提供数据支撑。

1、本科及以上学历，新闻传播、新媒体运营、影视传媒等相关专业优先，熟悉视频内容编审、排播逻辑，有VR/AR场景内容运营、平台运营相关工作经验者优先； 2、善于跨团队（产品研发、业务方、合作客户）对接，能清晰沟通需求、协调资源，高效推进项目落地； 3、善于运用数据分析或模型能力，能用数据驱动决策、复盘问题；具备系统化的策划及项目管理能力，能主动监控核心运营指标，针对异常情况及时排查、调整； 4、主动学习，乐于接受新事物、新技能，团队协作能力强，能快速适应产品迭代与业务发展需求。
