日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、负责XR设备里视频创作、消费场景的产品体验设计，为用户体验负责； 2、探索XR观影场景下内容创作玩法，提升用户在XR观影场景下的活跃度； 3、协调推动各方资源达成业务目标，高效推进项目全流程的运转，并保证产品上线质量； 4、关注业界趋势和动态，积极探索产品模式的创新点。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、有互联网用户产品实习经验者优先；对XR行业和相关新技术趋势感兴趣，有创新意识，交互设计能力强； 3、良好的产品思维，对用户体验有理解；能够合理定义业务目标，持续发现机会和问题，并推进解决； 4、具备优秀的跨团队沟通能力，良好的数据理解能力，逻辑思维能力强，自我驱动力强。
