1、2027届获得硕士及以上学位，物理、光学、电子科学专业优先； 2、在衍射光学、微纳结构光学和计算电磁学等领域有研究经历和背景；有较强的编程能力，熟悉Python、MATLAB等编程语言；熟练使用Virtual Lab，LightTools、Code V、Zemax等仿真软件； 3、熟悉近眼显示光学系统的设计、仿真、搭建或者元器件制造。
