1、复杂场景处理与升级闭环：承接一线难以直接解决的复杂问题场景，能够结合用户描述、操作路径、历史记录、系统信息及上下文进行综合判断，识别问题性质、影响范围与处理优先级，推动相关方协同处置并完成闭环； 2、产品走查、知识沉淀与流程优化：持续跟进本产品及其他产品的功能表现、使用路径与典型问题，结合用户反馈和实际案例输出知识沉淀，形成可复用的方法论、FAQ、案例库及流程优化建议，推动客服处理效率和服务体验持续提升； 3、产品专家式支持：问题复现、方案提供与用户引导，具备较强的产品理解和问题定位能力，能够针对用户问题完成复现、分析与验证，提供清晰可执行的解决方案；在处理过程中不仅解决当前问题，也能教导和引导用户理解产品机制、正确使用路径及替代方案，提升用户自助解决能力与使用体验； 4、高风险问题治理与风险协同处置：针对涉及舆情扩散、法律合规、品牌影响、投诉升级等高风险问题，能够快速识别风险等级和潜在影响，及时联动相关团队制定处置策略；在保障用户体验的同时，兼顾平台规则与业务边界，推动高风险问题及时收敛，并沉淀分级标准、判断原则和应对预案； 5、社群运营与用户声音管理：关注社群内外用户反馈、重点舆论及高频问题，及时识别负向情绪、集中性问题和潜在扩散点；通过答疑、内容引导、案例分享和互动运营，推动社群讨论从单点投诉向有效交流转化，同时沉淀用户声音并回流产品、服务及流程优化。

1、本科及以上学历，英语能作为工作语言； 2、具备丰富的外包团队管理、质量管理经验，以及流程或项目管理经验； 3、优秀的策略规划能力，能够掌握流程规划-建设-监控-优化的方法论和工具，擅长设计外包用工解决方案，能将业务需求转化为标准化流程，并具备推动方案落地的全流程运营能力； 4、具备较强的数据分析与复杂问题拆解能力，熟练运用观测指标与结果指标进行数据解读，能够系统性思考，基于数据快速采取有效管理动作，并有较强的文字能力； 5、目标导向、优秀的自我驱动力及学习能力，能够在工作环境中处理多项任务并及时响应日常事务。
