1、负责射击游戏核心特性的全生命周期管理，从特性规划、需求拆解到落地上线、迭代优化，全程跟进把控； 2、制定射击游戏特性研发管线计划，结合敏捷管理方法拆解业务目标，确保特性研发按计划、高质量达成项目要求； 3、统筹协调研发、策划、测试、美术等团队及各项目干系人，保障信息同步顺畅、资源分配合理，推动特性相关协同工作高效落地； 4、实时跟踪射击游戏特性研发过程，精准识别并管控项目风险（如特性落地难度、兼容性、玩家体验偏差等），制定对应应对策略； 5、主导特性相关关键会议（需求评审、进度复盘、风险研讨等），输出高质量会议纪要并跟踪待办事项落实，提升团队决策与执行效率。

1、计算机、游戏设计、项目管理等相关专业，2年及以上3D游戏项目管理工作经验；有1年射击游戏相关项目管理经验者优先；有完整射击项目特性从0到1落地经验者加分； 2、精通敏捷项目管理方法，具备实际应用经验，熟悉游戏研发全流程，可灵活制定特性研发计划、跟踪进度并管控风险； 3、了解FPS游戏核心玩法与特性设计逻辑；有丰富的射击游戏体验、能准确捕捉玩家需求与特性优化点、熟悉UE5引擎、有技术研发背景或特性设计相关经验、具备基础的数据化分析能力者优先/加分； 4、具备优秀的跨部门沟通协同能力与强烈的责任心、执行力，能高效推动多方协作，解决特性研发过程中的各类问题； 5、风险意识突出，可快速识别特性研发中的潜在风险（技术落地、体验适配、进度偏差等），提前制定应对方案以保障项目平稳推进，善于总结复盘，驱动团队持续优化特性研发效率与交付质量； 6、热爱射击游戏，对游戏行业有高度热情，愿意主动关注行业趋势与产品动态，为特性优化提供思路。
