1、负责飞连产品文档的规划、编写、发布和维护，包括但不限于产品介绍、使用指南、上线说明、版本更新、最佳实践、FAQ和故障排查等内容； 2、配合产品经理推进需求上线，及时理解产品背景、用户场景、功能逻辑和使用边界，完成对应说明文档并保证与产品同步发布； 3、参与文档全生命周期管理，持续优化文档的信息架构、内容规范、更新机制、版本管理和质量标准； 4、结合用户反馈、搜索数据、阅读数据和客服工单，识别高频问题及内容缺口，推动FAQ、排障指南和场景化解决方案建设，提升用户自助解决问题的比例，实现工单拦截； 5、探索文档的业务价值转化，包括用户教育、功能发现、产品激活、使用深度提升以及客户服务成本降低等，并建立相应的衡量指标。

1、本科及以上学历，具备产品文档、技术写作、内容工程、产品运营或相关工作经验； 2、具备良好的产品理解能力，能够快速理解企业级产品的功能逻辑、用户角色、使用流程和业务场景； 3、具备优秀的中文写作和信息组织能力，能够将复杂内容转化为准确、清晰、结构化且可执行的文档； 4、具备较强的责任心和细节意识，能够主动验证产品行为，对文档的准确性、完整性和时效性负责； 5、具备良好的项目协作和推进能力，能够与产品、研发、测试及服务团队高效配合，并管理多个版本或需求的文档交付； 6、具有数据意识，能够基于文档访问、搜索、反馈和工单数据发现问题，并持续衡量和优化文档价值；具备真正的AI Native工作意识，能够主动判断哪些工作适合交给AI、如何设计人机协作流程，以及如何验证AI输出，而不仅是使用AI进行简单润色；对AI工具保持好奇心和实践热情，愿意持续探索AI在内容生产、知识治理和用户服务中的应用。

加分项： 1、有网络、安全、零信任、办公协同或企业级SaaS产品文档经验； 2、熟悉Markdown、Git、Docs as Code或结构化内容管理； 3、有Prompt Engineering、Agent、RAG、自动化工作流等实践经验。
