1、深入团队业务，协助产品研发团队进行需求全流程管理，制定并推动流程落地、持续改进，能结合业务现状，梳理内部迭代与外部交付的节奏与规划，及时识别风险并解决，保证研发结果的按质按量持续交付、保证整体研发资源的占用与最终需求收益匹配； 2、通过项目管理工具进行团队数据收集与分析，通过定量/定性分析度量项目产出及效率，识别组织效率、项目流程、协作方式等领域的问题，提供分析建议并推进方案落地； 3、负责团队内部和跨团队的重点项目的全生命周期管理，能管理和协调大型项目/项目集/项目组合，拆解项目目标并对结果负责，能结合业务现状，梳理内部迭代与外部交付的节奏与规划，及时识别风险并解决，协同多方进行技术/业务目标制定和分解，形成围绕业务战略的项目组合整体规划； 4、结合业务和团队特点，积累和沉淀项目管理经验及方法论、团队知识库，给产品研发团队提供项目管理等软素质相关培训以优化团队整体协作效率。

1、熟悉产品生命周期全过程，精通软件开发过程规范，并有比较完整的项目管理（规划、执行、监控）实践经验； 2、具备良好的业务理解力和规划能力，可以支持多业务条线的项目管理，对业务/技术价值有判断； 3、具备灵活的数据分析能力，对过程效率数据、团队协作问题敏感度高，能够通过定性和定量分析手段对组织效率进行诊断和改进； 4、具备较强的沟通协作能力（满足跨角色、跨团队沟通协作与推进），能够独立承担项目管理工作，有较强的项目把控和推进能力，善于协调资源解决问题，过往有参与过复杂业务项目的管理、研发或测试者优先。
