1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，计算机、软件工程相关专业优先； 2、具备较强的沟通能力与良好的协作能力； 3、具备较高的责任心，以及目标导向的落地执行能力、问题解决能力； 4、乐于迎接变化与挑战，具备持续学习能力与自律意识； 5、每周可实习4天，可实习4个月及以上； 6、加分项：英语流利，有技术背景，热爱项目管理。
