1、全面负责全行业招商项目从启动到交付的全流程管控，确保项目按时落地且符合质量标准（包括权益交付、创意呈现、项目设置准确性等），重点负责营销Campaign全链路的策划对齐与执行管理，覆盖品牌广告植入、线上创意投放及线下品牌活动等多元场景； 2、配合内部销售团队对齐全行业客户需求，联动创意团队确保项目创意既符合客户预期，且符合平台规范； 3、负责内部项目流程、平台操作等相关培训，以及对外向客户进行项目方案、时间规划、进度同步等演示沟通； 4、系统分析招商项目结案数据，提炼可落地的洞察及客户反馈，总结营销Campaign及全行业招商项目最佳实践，为后续项目的设计与执行提出针对性优化方案； 5、主动识别项目潜在风险（如进度延误、资源缺口、客户需求变更等），协调相关团队及时排查解决，每日跟踪项目进度，定期向相关方同步情况，确保无执行问题影响项目交付及客户满意度。

1、本科及以上学历，市场营销、广告学、项目管理等相关专业优先； 2、拥有3年左右项目管理或客户管理相关经验，优先考虑有digital agency或creative agency背景者； 3、具备品牌营销、广告相关经验（客户端/agency端均可），清晰了解整合营销项目执行流程，有TikTok内容广告、游戏行业招商项目或相关营销项目经验者优先，无行业背景限制； 4、能在动态变化的环境中高效管理项目，具备较强的时间管理能力和多任务处理能力，深入了解数字营销，尤其熟悉TikTok等社交媒体平台特性，掌握内容广告相关逻辑与玩法； 5、具备优秀的问题解决能力，细节导向，逻辑思维缜密，能主动发现问题并提出切实可行的解决方案，目标导向，结果导向，数据导向，为项目的成功上线和落地负责； 6、英文能作为工作语言。
