团队介绍：研发支持中心主要为各工作室提供音视频视听解决方案，支撑音视频内容制作与技术攻关，持续打造高品质游戏沉浸式视听体验。

1、音频方案设计：从玩家体验出发，制定符合产品世界观与玩法的音频设计方案，主导技能、怪物、环境声、UI等模块的音效设计； 2、全流程制作：独立完成从样本制作（素材、合成器、拟音）到游戏内落地的完整流程，对模块内声音的品质与表现细节负责； 3、测试调优：基于设计方案和对标效果，反复跑测实际表现，持续调优打磨，确保落地效果达到3A品质标准并符合项目预期； 4、空间音频：熟悉主流3A射击游戏局内空间音频表现，可参考产品针对不同距离、材质、空间环境，设计并推动各类声音听感落地； 5、沟通协作与规范建设：与音频、策划、美术、程序协作，推动音频方案高品质落地；参与音频制作规范与资产标准的建设。

1、本科及以上学历，3年以上游戏音频设计经验，作为主要成员参与过至少一款已上线或接近上线的高品质游戏项目； 2、精通音频制作全流程，熟练使用Reaper； 3、精通Wwise音频中间件，能独立完成音频逻辑设计与事件搭建； 4、熟悉UE引擎音频模块及基础操作，能与程序顺畅对接； 5、对声音细节高度敏感，具备优秀的声音审美与创造力，善于运用合成器与拟音实录创造独特音色； 6、资深游戏玩家，深刻理解玩家心理，善于拆解3A大作音频设计思路，并将其转化为提升产品体验的实际方案，具备良好的沟通与推动力，能高质高效推动音频设计方案最终落地。
