1、负责合作射击PVE项目的长线活跃运营体系搭建与全周期运营规划，围绕版本新增、用户留存、副本活跃、流失召回、长线回流等核心指标制定落地策略，对项目整体活跃数据与长线用户生命周期价值负责； 2、深度结合合作射击PVE产品特性、副本玩法、养成体系及产品研发产能，独立设计并持续迭代常态化活跃机制、赛季内容运营、版本节点节奏、主题副本活动、离线召回、组队促活等核心运营玩法，贴合PVE用户闯关、组队、收集养成的核心需求； 3、基于用户行为数据分析、核心玩家调研、PVE品类用户偏好研究，持续拆解副本参与率、组队活跃度、版本留存、玩法渗透率等核心数据，迭代优化运营策略与活动玩法，有效提升用户日常参与度、版本活跃度及长线留存表现； 4、持续跟踪国内合作射击、硬核FPS、PVE闯关类产品长线运营节奏、赛季体系、活动模型及用户运营打法，沉淀适配品类的标准化运营方法论，推动项目运营体系、活动机制、用户运营能力的持续迭代升级。

1、本科及以上学历，3年及以上游戏长线运营经验，有合作射击、FPS、硬核PVE、中重度闯关类游戏运营经验者优先，熟悉射击品类用户认知与长线运营逻辑； 2、具备成熟的游戏活跃运营实操经验，精通用户全生命周期管理，熟练掌握PVE版本运营、赛季体系搭建、副本活跃促活、用户留存提升、流失召回、长线用户维系等核心工作模块，有完整的项目长线运营落地案例； 3、具备优秀的品类化运营策略设计、方案落地与迭代能力，能够独立承接项目整体长线运营规划，可联动研发、市场、策划等跨团队推进版本落地、活动上线与策略优化，保障运营目标达成； 4、具备扎实的数据分析能力，能够通过数据定位玩法痛点、留存短板与用户需求；拥有较强的项目推进、跨部门沟通协作能力，结果导向思维突出，擅长复盘沉淀运营方法论。
