1、负责游戏外观商业化体系的搭建与运营：包括外观（服饰、家具、装扮等）的品质分级标准制定、定价策略、投放节奏规划，构建可持续迭代的外观品质与价值体系； 2、负责外观向商业化内容的设计与调优：结合版本主题与用户偏好，规划外观售卖形式（直售、礼包、通行证、抽取、兑换等），并持续跟踪售卖表现进行调优； 3、负责部分商业化相关运营活动的设计与落地：能够根据活动目的（拉新、创收、促活、新品推广等）设计匹配的活动形式，协同美术、开发、运营等各方资源，保障设计高质量落地； 4、负责业内同品类产品监测，对标商业化模式的其他产品的活动模式与外观设计趋势，结合项目实际输出可落地的方案。

1、本科及以上学历，3年以上游戏商业化策划工作经验，有以外观/装扮为主要付费点的项目商业化经验者优先； 2、对外观付费有切身理解：本身是外观付费用户，对外观的层级分级、品质感提升（造型、材质、特效、稀有度、成套性等）有自己的理解和独立见解，具备搭建外观品质体系的能力； 3、具备较强的逻辑思维和分析能力，对数据敏感； 4、具备良好的沟通能力和学习能力，工作态度认真负责，团队合作意识强。
