1、内容质量判定：负责抖音生态中扰乱平台秩序和画风内容质量判定，针对经过一审、二审的内容，严格依据业务治理方向和规则要求，综合运用抽检、裁决、模拟投放等多种手段，精准判断内容是否符合平台发布标准； 2、质量提升改进：通过数据分析和结果验证，及时捕捉一线内容治理过程中出现的失误内容，深入分析失误原因并提出可解决的改进建议，能通过组织培训、答疑等多方式指导一线治理提升质量，推动编审和申诉流程的持续优化； 3、业务变动协同：面对规则迭代、新人准入考核、考试验收等业务变动情况，凭借专业判断力，主动联动上游、策略中台等相关方，做好异常场景的反馈与解决工作； 4、大模型辅助：针对所负责业务板块，能撰写一定的PE、监测Agent的执行质量、对人机diff进行拆解分析，反哺模型运维中的待优化点，促进团队在经营创新上完成升级迭代。

1、本科及以上学历，具备较强的内容甄别能力和风险判断能力； 2、掌握策略抽检、数据分析等相关方法和工具，可通过抽检有效发现问题并进行针对性分析，并拿出解决方案； 3、理解能力和转培训能力强，能迅速适应规则迭代变化进行掌握输出，降低变量因素的影响度； 4、具备良好的沟通协调能力，拥有高度的责任心和敬业精神，工作严谨细致，原则性强，能从容应对工作任务。
