1、负责抖音电商QIC质检服务的产品规划、功能设计与核心策略产品化，围绕质检服务的体验、质量、效率及成本，持续完善产品能力； 2、深入理解质检业务全链路，以及消费者、商家、质检机构、仓储等多方诉求，识别准入准出、择仓、分单等关键环节的核心问题，抽象产品能力并推动系统化落地； 3、推动质检业务由运营规则驱动向产品与数据驱动升级，对存量规则进行系统性评估和重构，将复杂业务经验抽象为可配置、可解释、可监控、可复用的产品策略能力； 4、基于数据分析、用户反馈和业务洞察，建立策略效果评估与复盘机制，持续优化质检履约链路、资源分配效率和用户体验，并对产品结果及业务目标负责； 5、探索算法和AI在质检服务中的应用，包括但不限于智能分单、仓网匹配、异常识别、风险预警、策略解释和经营诊断等方向，推动智能化能力与实际业务场景结合； 6、协同运营、研发、算法、数据、QA、仓储及行业等团队，完成从问题定义、策略设计、产品交付到效果评估的全链路推进，推动跨团队共识与方案落地。

1、5年左右互联网产品经理经验；有用户产品、体验产品或服务产品相关经验，有电商、供应链、仓储履约、质检服务等领域经验者优先； 2、具备较强的用户视角和体验意识，能够从消费者及业务参与方的真实诉求出发，发现关键问题并设计兼顾用户体验与业务效率的产品方案； 3、具备优秀的业务理解、逻辑分析和抽象能力，能够从复杂业务规则中识别共性问题，沉淀可配置、可解释、可持续迭代的产品及策略能力； 4、数据敏感度高，能够通过数据分析、用户调研和业务洞察判断问题及优先级，建立指标体系，并持续验证产品和策略效果； 5、具备良好的跨团队沟通和项目推动能力，能够在多角色、多目标和较高复杂度的环境中建立共识，推动关键事项落地； 6、学习能力强，对新业务保持好奇；自驱、务实、正直，有原则感和责任心，能够在不确定性中持续推动业务价值产出。
