1、参与构建和优化抖音、抖音极速版的短剧、漫剧场景下的个性化广告与推荐系统（涵盖冷启动、召回、粗排、精排、混排等链路），提升变现效率与用户体验； 2、算法模型优化：应用机器学习、深度学习及强化学习等前沿算法，优化GMV、CVR（转化率）、用户消费时长等业务指标； 3、处理海量用户行为与内容数据，深入挖掘用户画像、物品特征及上下文特征，构建高效、可扩展的特征体系； 4、前沿技术落地：跟进大模型（LLM）、生成式技术、召粗精一体化等领域的最新进展，并结合业务痛点进行技术落地和创新。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、数学、统计等相关专业优先； 2、较强的责任意识，沟通能力强，同时具备良好的问题分析与解决能力； 3、具备推荐系统、广告算法、搜索引擎或机器学习相关领域的实习经验者优先； 4、保持技术热情，对前沿模型的结构、算力优化方法或其他推荐新范式有一定的了解，有实际落地经验的优先； 5、扎实的机器学习基础与统计学基础，熟悉常用特征工程方法，具备较好的建模思维； 6、工程落地能力强，熟悉C++、Python，掌握TensorFlow/PyTorch机器学习工具，了解Parameter Server，对常用Spark、Hive等分布式数据处理工具有一定的了解。
