1、参与/负责字节跳动国际化业务广告投放核心算法，深入研究并改进工业级深度学习排序架构，提升系统变现效率，优化客户体验； 2、端到端的参与/负责大规模广告投放系统全链路的优化，包括召回/粗排/精排等，基于模型优化，提升海量数据、超大参数背景下的广告系统变现效率； 3、广告投放系统的通用算法创新与改进，结合因果推断、序列建模、多模态、强化学习等技术，突破现有架构瓶颈，解决广告投放模型侧的长期痛点问题。

1、计算机或相关专业本科及以上学历，2年以上广告/推荐/搜索召回排序等相关工作经验； 2、熟悉C++和Python，有扎实的编程基础、良好的编程风格和工作习惯，优先：有数据挖掘、分布式计算经验，熟悉Hadoop、Spark框架； 3、较好的机器学习/深度学习理论和实践经验，熟悉深度学习算法，优先：发表过KDD、AAAI、CIKM、WWW、RecSys、NeurIPS、ACL、EMNLP等顶会论文，或在Kaggle/ACM等赛事中获得优异名次，熟悉TensorFlow/PyTorch框架和原理； 4、工作态度积极主动，有强烈的主人翁意识和良好的团队协作精神，愿意接受有挑战性的工作，具有钻研精神； 5、优秀的分析和解决问题的能力，逻辑清晰，具有严谨科学的实验习惯； 6、有强烈的业务导向意识，技术优化服务于业务目标达成。
