1、负责数据中心硬件设备（服务器、板卡、芯片配套研发）的研发质量标准建设、质量流程构建和质量活动开展，达成研发质量目标； 2、结合不同产品形态、不同的业务应用场景，制定合理的质量标准和高度适配的业务流程，并基于实际运作进行迭代优化； 3、深入研发全场景的各个关键活动（立项、设计、开发、测试、灰度等），站在质量专业视角，灵活运用各类质量工具和方法，主动识别风险并及时举手，确保风险早发现、早解决，和研发项目组全员高效协作，最终达成研发整体质量目标； 4、针对研发过程中出现的各类异常场景（流程不遵从、基线频繁变更、问题单处理不规范等），及时开展复盘改进，识别管理和流程改进项，并落实到研发流程构建活动中； 5、与周边高效协作：与SQE协作，保障来料质量；与MQE/MQA协作，提升新产品导入生产的加工质量；与PQE协作，提升灰度发货的上线质量和转维质量。

1、本科及以上学历，5年以上服务器研发质量/生产质量/业务线质量/运维等相关工作经验； 2、熟悉服务器研发/产品相关的技术经验，具备较为丰富的服务器开发/测试经验，具备较强的软硬件故障定位能力/分析经验； 3、熟悉常用的质量工具/质量方法，具备较强的数据分析和发现问题的能力； 4、良好的沟通技巧，逻辑清晰，具备快速学习能力，执行力强，有项目管理能力； 5、有互联网硬件质量管理相关领域工作经验优先； 6、有质量黑带/绿带认证，6 Sigma项目工作经验优先。
