1、渠道老客经营与伙伴协同：负责华北区域渠道存量客户及老伙伴的持续经营，围绕客户活跃、续约、增购、转介绍等目标，建立体系化的老客运营机制；协同渠道伙伴提升客户服务能力，推动伙伴从“销售交付型”向“持续经营型”转变； 2、存量业务增长与目标达成：基于区域客户结构、行业分布与使用成熟度，制定老客增长策略与经营计划，通过客户分层、商机盘点、健康度管理和重点项目推进，驱动续约率、增购率及客户生命周期价值提升； 3、重点老客深耕与联合经营：联合渠道伙伴深入经营重点存量客户，识别客户在组织协同、业务流程、AI落地等方面的新需求，推动高层回访、价值复盘、方案升级与复杂增购项目转化； 4、AI场景落地与行业方案复用：深入客户业务一线，基于飞书AI原生能力，结合存量客户的真实业务场景，与伙伴共创可复制的AI应用方案（如AI销售助手、智能知识库、智能巡检、流程自动化等），通过标杆案例带动更多老客持续使用和扩容。

1、扎实的To B渠道与老客经营能力：本科及以上学历，具备软件、SaaS或云计算行业渠道管理、客户成功、老客运营或存量增长相关经验；熟悉企服市场伙伴服务模式，理解续约、增购、客户活跃和伙伴协同经营的关键动作； 2、良好的AI实操与场景理解能力：对生成式AI（AIGC）保持高敏感度，愿意并能够亲自动手体验和验证工具价值；能熟练使用AI工具提升工作效率，具备Prompt优化、智能体平台或业务Demo搭建经验者优先，能够将AI能力转化为客户可感知的业务场景； 3、敏锐的客户洞察与经营沟通力：具备较强的逻辑分析和客户需求判断能力，能够从客户使用数据、业务变化和组织痛点中识别增长机会；能将飞书及AI能力转化为客户管理层听得懂的“效率提升、流程优化、业务增长”语言，并推动伙伴共同完成客户经营； 4、强目标感与长期主义心态：具备较强自驱力和结果意识，能够在存量市场中持续挖掘机会、推动客户价值兑现；重视长期关系经营，善于通过客户成功案例、伙伴协同机制和精细化运营，形成可持续的老客增长模式。
