1、制定零售/消费品/健康/金融行业老客户维护计划和销售策略，提高客户续约率、续费金额和增购转化，增强交叉业务（含飞书原生解决方案以及生态解决方案售卖），完成业绩指标； 2、对接企业高层及CEO，提供专业的咨询服务并提升满意度，深度挖掘需求与增购机会； 3、与各交叉业务产线密切协作，有效突破多业务场景的价值传递和商业化售卖，协调多方资源解决复杂问题，在客户需求、成本、交付周期之间找到平衡点； 4、沉淀标杆客户案例与最佳实践，通过客户活动实现经验规模化复制，标准化客户服务模式； 5、作为AI业务在客户侧的推动者，深入理解客户业务场景，挖掘AI应用机会（如智能伙伴、AI创作、知识问答等），推动AI产品从试点到规模化的落地，实现AI增购和深度使用； 6、建立客户健康度监控机制（使用活跃度、关键功能渗透率、NPS等），对L1-L5分层客户制定差异化经营策略，主动识别风险并提前干预，避免被动救火。

1、本科及以上学历，熟悉SaaS/协同/安全/云计算/大数据等相关信息化产品优先； 2、熟悉行业趋势、客户痛点，了解IT系统与数字化建设趋势、数字化转型趋势、管理、组织建设等，能把握老客户的潜在需求并具备将零散需求抽象为产品机会的能力，推动产品迭代优化； 3、具备维护高层客户关系的经验，拥有优秀的内外部沟通协调能力，能有效协调资源满足老客户需求； 4、具备数据敏感性，能通过数据分析老客户的使用情况和需求趋势，识别业务信号（如活跃度下降、关键功能未使用等），制定针对性的维护策略，并转化为具体行动； 5、拥有较强逻辑思维能力，能够根据老客户需求独立产出优化解决方案，并清晰地向客户讲解和推进； 6、对AI产品有基本认知，理解AI在办公场景的应用逻辑，具备学习新技术并将其转化为客户价值的能力；具备长期思维，不追求短期成交而牺牲客户关系；愿意深入理解问题本质，找到可持续的解决方案。
