1、负责低功耗核心机制的规划与落地，包括但不限于：低功耗状态管理（IDLE/Standby/Sleep/Deep Sleep）、Tickless调度优化、时钟与外设电源域（Power Domain）控制、唤醒源及中断风暴治理； 2、主导设计与实现系统温控框架，确保关键业务的稳定性与用户体验；负责温度采集与热区建模、多级阈值告警、限频/限载等主动散热策略、以及异常过温保护与恢复机制； 3、构建系统功耗与温度的精准度量能力，包括开发Profiling、Trace与统计工具，建立可视化看板，形成“度量-分析-优化”的闭环，持续迭代框架与策略效果； 4、作为跨团队技术接口人，与硬件、电源、系统及应用团队紧密协作，共同定义性能-功耗-温度目标，并推动方案的端到端落地与质量保障。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机科学、电子工程、软件工程或相关专业背景； 2、具备4年以上操作系统内核或RTOS开发经验，对调度器、内存管理、同步机制、中断处理、驱动模型等有扎实理解；具备NuttX实战经验者优先； 3、精通低功耗框架设计与实现：深刻理解低功耗模式与状态迁移、Tickless与定时器管理、时钟/电源域控制、外设休眠与唤醒机制，并有在复杂约束下优化唤醒时延与资源占用的成功实践； 4、具备温控框架或相关领域经验：熟悉温度传感器（I2C/SPI/ADC）驱动开发、热区建模与多级阈值策略、限频/限载或过温保护机制，并能处理温控策略与任务调度的协同问题； 5、精通C/C++语言及嵌入式交叉编译工具链，熟练运用JTAG/SWD、GDB等调试工具，并掌握功耗分析仪、示波器、热箱等测试设备的使用； 6、理解SoC芯片架构、总线互联、电源域划分、PMIC工作原理，以及MPU/MMU、DMA等核心单元；具备优秀的系统级思维、沟通能力和跨团队协作精神。

加分项 1、对RTOS相关领域有活跃的开源社区贡献或技术分享； 2、有构建系统级能耗画像（Energy Profiling）、遥测（Telemetry）体系及优化看板的实践经验，具备以量化目标驱动持续交付的意识； 3、在API/ABI稳定性治理与版本兼容性设计方面有深入思考或实践。
