1、负责飞书客户端在iOS/Android/鸿蒙/PC等平台上的基础技术能力实现、扩展及优化； 2、参与设计和实现基于Rust语言的跨平台技术方案，包括不限于iOS/Android/鸿蒙/PC等平台； 3、参与专项技术调研、新技术探索，协助制定代码规范、测试规范，保证软件质量和研发效率。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，计算机、数学等相关专业优先； 2、熟练Rust编程语言，有C/C++开发经验优先，有iOS/Android/鸿蒙/PC平台经验优先； 3、掌握扎实的计算机基础知识，深入理解数据结构、算法、操作系统等专业知识； 4、有优秀的学习和沟通能力，有强烈的求知欲和技术追求； 5、每周可实习4天以上，可实习5个月以上。
