1、支持TikTok产品，负责短视频拍摄、编辑、导出等多媒体SDK开发和优化； 2、参与多媒体SDK的架构重构和性能优化，持续改进性能和用户体验，不断提升短视频生产的清晰度和流畅度； 3、搭建AI Friendly的多媒体引擎，支撑AIGC、Agent创作能力，提升视频创作的智能性和易用性； 4、建设AI Coding在多媒体SDK开发、调试、测试和性能优化中的应用能力，提升研发效率和工程质量； 5、搭建多媒体创作体验和性能评估工具能力，支持创作链路的效果评测、性能分析和质量优化。

1、计算机相关专业本科及以上学历，3年以上视频创作相关工作经验； 2、具备扎实的计算机基础，深入理解计算机架构、数据结构和算法，至少精通C/C++/Java/Objective-C等一种编程语言，能够使用并快速学习其他端的编程语言； 3、理解视频创作业务，对短视频拍摄、编辑、导出、特效、AI辅助创作等核心链路和用户体验有较深入理解，有相关产品开发经验优先； 4、熟悉音视频编解码、图像渲染原理，有跨端多平台SDK开发经验优先； 5、理解AIGC/Agent相关能力的基本原理、适用场景和能力边界，能够结合视频创作场景进行工程落地； 6、熟练使用AI Coding工具，理解AI Coding的原理、边界和研发范式，能够将其应用到SDK开发、调试、测试和性能优化等工程场景中。
