ByteIntern：面向2027届毕业生（2026年9月-2027年8月期间毕业），为符合岗位要求的同学提供转正机会。

1、负责飞书AI企业问答产品的服务端开发工作； 2、负责保障团队服务质量与运行稳定性，从工具、系统层面提升团队开发效率。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，计算机、软件工程、人工智能等相关专业优先； 2、具备良好的设计和编码能力，热爱写代码，能产出高质量的设计和代码；具备扎实的算法和数据结构基础，拥有排查、解决问题的能力； 3、熟悉搜索/问答算法及架构，有企业级搜索或问答系统相关项目经验者优先； 4、有自然语言处理、机器学习、深度模型、大模型等相关算法策略优化相关经验者优先； 5、对技术有强烈的好奇心和追求，具备良好的问题解决能力和团队合作精神。
