ByteIntern：面向2027届毕业生（2026年9月-2027年8月期间毕业），为符合岗位要求的同学提供转正机会。

1、负责飞书视频会议产品研发，包括视频会议、会议室解决方案、音视频AI创新产品等； 2、参与高效高质量的设计和编码，包括跨端应用、工程构建、性能品质等多个方向； 3、持续关注用户体验，与产品和设计一起不断改进产品的易用性。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，计算机、人工智能、数学等相关专业优先； 2、熟悉一门或以上开发语言：JavaScript/Rust/Golang/Java，熟悉至少一种前后端框架； 3、有全栈经验者优先，对AI技术有热情； 4、具备较强的责任感、逻辑思维及表达能力，乐于协作，有探索精神； 5、每周可实习4天以上，可实习4个月以上。
