日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、以体验设计角色参与AI产品官网的建设与日常维护，协助完成网页端界面的设计与优化； 2、了解AI模型相关体验类内容的展示形式，熟悉网页设计规则及设计搭建流程，协助将产品功能与特性转化为清晰的网页体验； 3、参与设计系统的建设与维护，协助梳理、制定组、控件体系规则，推动设计规范在产品中的落地与统一； 4、关注行业设计趋势与AI产品体验最佳实践，持续优化网页端用户体验。

1、本科及以上学历在读，设计相关专业； 2、有网页端体验设计项目经验者优先；了解Cursor、Codex等AI设计辅助工具者优先； 3、熟练操作Figma，能够使用体验设计工具搭建网页，了解网页端多设备适配规则； 4、了解设计系统，有参与设计规则/体系化梳理、制定与维护经验者优先； 5、具备良好的审美能力、交互思维和逻辑表达能力，能够清晰阐述设计思路； 6、具备产品体验动态效果设计或原型还原能力者加分。
