团队介绍：产品研发和工程架构-Seed 团队深耕大模型技术在场景中的创新应用，负责多款AI产品的工程研发 —— 包括豆包、飞书、豆包工作、豆包爱学、Gauth、猫箱等创新产品，覆盖消费级与企业级多个场景。我们致力于将大模型能力从 "生成内容" 推进到 "完成工作"，让 AI 服务用户日常与企业协作。你将面对多模态交互、工具调用可靠性、企业级数据安全等真实工程挑战，与团队一起推动 AI 生产力落地。

1、参与飞书AI Friendly产品及基础设施的设计、开发和持续演进； 2、建设面向AI Agent的CLI、SDK、Skills、MCP工具及开放API； 3、优化Agent执行复杂任务的成功率、延迟、Token消耗和稳定性； 4、参与Agent身份、授权、事件订阅、审计与安全治理等企业级能力建设； 5、关注AI Agent、AI Coding和开源生态的发展，探索并验证新的技术方向； 6、参与开源项目建设，通过代码、文档和社区协作服务全球开发者。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程等相关专业优先； 2、具备扎实的计算机基础，理解数据结构、算法、操作系统、计算机网络和数据库等基本原理，熟悉至少一种主流编程语言，如Go、Java、Python、TypeScript、C++等； 3、具备良好的工程意识，能够编写结构清晰、可测试、可维护的代码； 4、对大语言模型、AI Agent或开发者工具有浓厚兴趣，愿意持续学习并动手实践； 5、有较强的问题分析能力、责任心和团队协作意识，能够主动推动问题闭环； 6、不要求已经具备完整的AI项目经历，但希望你对新技术保持好奇，并有把想法做成产品的热情。

【加分项】： 1、使用过Claude Code、Codex、Cursor、OpenClaw等AI Coding或Agent产品； 2、了解Function Calling、MCP、RAG、Agent Workflow、上下文工程等相关技术； 3、有后端系统、分布式系统、开发者工具、CLI、SDK或开放平台开发经验； 4、有大模型应用评测、Prompt/Skill优化或Agent工具设计经验； 5、参与过开源项目，或拥有质量较高的课程项目、个人项目及技术博客。
