1、用户信号建模与个性化回复：研发角色化大模型对用户信号的深度建模与应用方法，提升模型针对不同用户的回复连贯性与个性化水平，优化交互体验； 2、模型效果优化与创新：在指令微调、偏好对齐、数据增强等关键技术领域进行场景化创新，突破技术瓶颈，提升模型效果； 3、大模型Agent记忆系统的构建：研发面向大模型Agent的长期记忆与上下文管理系统，让模型具备持久感知用户喜好与需求的能力，输出高度定制化的解决方案，实现从“工具”到“懂你的伙伴”的质变； 4、业务场景落地与应用拓展：支持豆包、猫箱等产品的角色生成需求，覆盖对话、创作、教育等核心场景；探索角色模型在智能硬件、元宇宙等领域的沉浸式交互潜力，推动技术成果在业务中高效落地； 5、前沿技术探索与范式定义：研究人格化模型在情感计算、社会常识推理等方向的关键突破，定义AI角色从“功能执行”向“人格化陪伴”跃迁的技术范式。

1、2028届及以后本科及以上学历在读，人工智能、计算机、自动化、数学相关专业优先； 2、优秀的代码能力、数据结构和基础算法功底，熟练C/C++或Python，在ACM/ICPC、NOI/IOI、Top Coder、Kaggle等比赛获奖者优先； 3、具备大模型训练或推荐算法相关经验者优先； 4、在虚拟角色生成、多模态交互、人格化建模等相关方向有项目经验或论文成果者优先； 5、具备出色的分析、定位和解决大模型训练与应用中复杂技术难题的能力； 6、良好的团队协作与沟通能力，能够积极协同团队探索前沿技术，共同推动技术进步。
