1、研发长视频生成模型，聚焦自回归视频生成范式、超长时序建模及长视频一致性保持等核心技术难点； 2、研发多模态长上下文技术，包括超长上下文高效编码与检索压缩、视频长序列稀疏化及注意力机制优化，提升长视频生成的效率与质量； 3、研发交互式视频生成技术，赋予模型多轮交互、及时响应能力，探索模型长期记忆机制，实现基于用户实时反馈的动态视频生成； 4、研发带思维链（CoT）的视频生成技术，引入分步推理、逻辑规划、自我验证等能力，提升长视频创作的连贯性、完整性及效果可控性。

1、2027届硕士及以上学位在读，计算机、电子信息、软件工程、人工智能、数学等相关专业优先； 2、AIGC生成技术一个或多个领域的研究和实践经验，包括但不限于以下方向： 1）视频生成模型的大规模训练； 2）世界模型、自回归视频生成、交互式视频生成技术； 3）多模态创作Agent（CoT、Harness Engineering）； 4）多模态数据生产或模型评测； 3、动手能力强，熟练的编程能力，熟悉Python编程； 4、对AI技术的实际落地和突破性应用充满热情，追求技术创新与现实价值的结合； 5、良好的自驱力，思维敏捷，追求本质，敢于挑战未知问题，乐于在技术攻关中探索技术前沿，能主动学习并快速成长； 6、在CVPR/ICCV/ECCV/ICLR/NeurIPS/ICML/SIGGRAPH等顶级会议上发表论文者优先；有数学、编程竞赛经验者有加分。
