1、负责机器人仿真物理引擎方向的研发工作，提升Sim2Real物理对齐度； 2、优化物理求解的计算性能和稳定性，支持大规模并发应用； 3、构建可扩展的仿真框架，灵活支持不同求解器的接入； 4、解决机器人仿真过程中的问题，不断提升机器人仿真工具的仿真程度。

1、本科及以上学历，物理、计算机等相关专业优先； 2、1年以上物理引擎相关开发经验，扎实的物理基础和数学基础，熟悉至少一款主流物理引擎（PhysX/MuJoCo/Newton等）的内部原理与使用； 3、熟悉Linux，熟悉Python/C++编程，数据结构和算法，具有良好的编程风格，有良好的软件工程经验； 4、掌握Isaac Sim、MuJoCo等至少一种仿真软件，对场景制作，传感器仿真，实时渲染流程有一定的了解。
