日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、参与灵巧手机械结构设计工作，协助完成指节、腱绳、连杆传动、腕部等结构方案迭代，配合推进样机加工与落地验证； 2、协助开展连杆、腱绳、齿轮等微型传动部件的设计，参与理论计算、仿真与实验验证，辅助优化手指自由度布局、构型尺寸与传动参数； 3、协助完成灵巧手高集成小型化硬件布局，参与电机、减速器、传感器等器件排布，配合开展内部走线、FPC等结构相关设计工作； 4、参与结构方案讨论，协助输出创新结构方案原型，配合开展样机性能测试，收集实验数据，支撑灵巧手操作性能迭代优化； 5、协助开展模块可靠性验证，跟进样机装配、测试环节，记录、整理装配与测试问题，配合工程师定位并解决相关问题。

1、硕士及以上学位在读，机械工程相关专业优先； 2、了解灵巧手、人形机器人手部机构，对主流灵巧手方案有基础认知，有机器人结构相关项目经历优先； 3、熟悉CNC、3D打印等常用加工工艺，会使用Creo/SolidWorks至少一款三维建模软件，具备基础结构设计能力； 4、对腱绳驱动、微型传动、人机工程学有兴趣，动手能力强，善于记录实验现象、整理技术文档； 5、工作严谨细致，具备良好沟通协作能力，能主动跟进任务进度，连续3个月及以上实习时间优先； 6、参与过RoboCon、RoboMaster等机器人竞赛者优先。
