日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、调研大模型前沿研究方向，结合现阶段模型的重点优化目标，设计科学的评测体系和评测方法，构建有价值和影响力的评测集； 2、对评测结果和模型存在的问题进行深入分析，驱动算法策略的迭代； 3、追踪行业内主要模型的进展，分析各家模型的效果指标与优劣势。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机、人工智能等相关专业优先； 2、了解大模型的基本原理，在日常的生活和学习中频繁使用大模型；对大模型相关技术和产品有浓厚的兴趣和热情，持续关注大模型前沿的概念和应用，如Agent、MCP、Skills、OpenClaw等； 3、具备良好的逻辑思维和分析能力，能够敏锐发现问题，做事细致耐心，具有较强的责任心和团队协作精神； 4、能保证每周至少实习4天，持续实习6个月以上的同学优先；有一定代码基础的同学优先。
