1、负责机器人应用侧系统与工具链建设，包括机器人产品应用开发、业务运营平台等方向，支撑机器人研发、测试、运营和数据闭环效率提升； 2、面向机器人使用与运营场景，建设连接用户、机器人和运营团队的应用能力，提升机器人交互体验、设备运营效率和问题分析效率； 3、深入机器人业务流程，沉淀可复用的平台能力和工程工具，持续提升应用系统的稳定性、可维护性和交付效率。

1、本科及以上学历，2年以上软件系统开发经验； 2、具备扎实的软件工程基础，能根据问题选择合适的语言、框架和工具完成高质量交付，不限定特定技术栈； 3、具备AI原生开发能力，能在开发中主动使用AI提升效率，包括代码生成、调试、方案设计、测试、文档沉淀等； 4、具备良好的学习和抽象能力，能快速进入陌生领域，独立拆解问题、形成方案并推动落地； 5、面对不确定问题，有清晰的分析路径和验证方法，而不是单纯依赖已有经验； 6、具备良好的沟通协作能力，能与机器人系统、算法、产品运营等团队协作，推动复杂系统方案落地。
