1、利用Seedance模型完成世界观视觉落地与风格化研发，以高质量美术资产定义项目视觉基准，检验模型在造型、光影、材质与一致性生成上的极限能力； 2、针对算法团队提供的特定版本模型进行美术向压力测试，深入理解生成逻辑，将角色/场景/道具的艺术痛点转化为可量化指标，直接参与视觉能力迭代与优化方向定义； 3、在指定AI工具链与Workflow下进行资产创作，建立并维护项目Asset Bible，推动资产库标准化、可复用化，提升团队整体制作效率； 4、依据影视与动画工业标准，建设高质量视觉素材数据配比，驱动模型在角色连续性、场景空间一致性、道具风格统一等维度实现质变。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，动画、游戏设计、视觉传达、数字媒体、影视美术等相关专业优先； 2、熟练掌握AIGC生图/生视频工具，具备完整AI美术创作链路能力，生图能力突出者优先，有成熟作品集/获奖作品/商业美术资产代表作优先； 3、具备较强审美与造型能力，懂世界观构建、角色/场景/道具设计，能将艺术诉求清晰转化为可执行方向与技术反馈； 4、对大模型与视觉生成原理有强烈好奇心，学习能力强，能快速适应迭代式创作与测试环境。
