日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、负责电影叙事类AIGC视频的前期创意与剧本创作，覆盖故事提案、人物小传、世界观设定、故事大纲、分场剧本、对白与旁白等内容，并根据项目目标持续打磨； 2、与导演共同完成剧本视觉化拆解，将人物动机、戏剧冲突、关键动作和情绪节拍转化为可执行的场景、镜头与生成任务，兼顾叙事质量和模型生成可行性； 3、围绕角色一致性、多人物关系、跨场景连续叙事、因果逻辑、动作衔接、潜台词和情绪递进等方向设计测试内容，评估Seedance对剧本语义与叙事意图的理解能力； 4、对模型生成结果进行编剧维度的专业评估，定位人物动机不成立、情节信息缺失、情绪转折突兀、对白与画面错位等问题，并向算法和产品团队输出清晰的优化建议； 5、参与高质量影视文本、分镜脚本与叙事数据的策划、筛选和质量标准制定，推动模型在人物塑造、类型叙事、戏剧结构和长程一致性上的能力提升； 6、持续研究AI原生叙事、互动影像、短剧、动画与电影内容趋势，沉淀适用于Seedance的剧本模板、叙事测试集、案例库和创作方法论。

1、本科及以上学历在读，戏剧影视文学、中文、电影学、广播电视编导、创意写作等相关专业优先； 2、具备电影、剧集、短剧、动画、游戏叙事或品牌内容的编剧经验； 3、拥有可展示的独立或署名编剧作品，能够体现完整的故事结构、人物塑造和视听化表达能力； 4、熟悉经典与当代影视叙事方法，能够驾驭至少一类内容方向，并能根据短片、短剧、概念片等不同时长调整信息密度与节奏； 5、具备较强的画面思维和剧本拆解能力，理解导演、分镜、剪辑与制片环节的基本工作方式，能够让文本直接服务于影像生产； 6、关注生成式AI与AIGC视频工具，愿意学习Seedance及主流模型的使用方法，能够通过多轮测试快速调整剧本结构和表达方式，具备良好的沟通、反馈吸收与协作能力，能够清晰说明创作意图，也能把模型问题整理为具体案例和判断标准。

加分项 1、作品曾在电影节或动画节上线、入围或获奖； 2、参与过互动叙事、游戏剧情、虚拟人内容、AI短片或多模态内容项目； 3、熟悉分镜脚本、视听语言或剪辑逻辑，能够完成基础视觉提案与参考片整理。
