日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、基于Seedance模型及内部测试版本，创作高质量AIGC动画内容，包括动画短片、角色IP内容、风格化叙事视频、动漫片段及概念样片等，通过真实创作项目检验模型在角色塑造、动作表演、镜头语言、情绪表达和多镜头叙事等方面的能力上限； 2、负责动画项目从创意策划、世界观与角色设定、剧本和分镜设计，到镜头生成、表演调整、剪辑及成片交付的完整创作链路，把控作品的叙事质量、艺术风格与整体完成度； 3、从动画导演视角对模型生成结果进行专业评估，识别其在角色一致性、动作合理性、表情表演、口型匹配、镜头调度、空间关系、风格稳定性及叙事连贯性等方面的问题，并输出可被算法和产品团队理解的改进建议； 4、针对特定版本模型开展测试，重点探索复杂角色动作、多角色互动、连续表演、运镜调度、场景切换、角色与环境交互、长镜头及多镜头一致性等方向，将创作痛点转译为模型训练、数据建设和工具链优化需求； 5、围绕剧本、分镜、角色设定、视觉参考、Prompt、角色与场景一致性、动作控制、镜头生成、声音设计及后期合成等环节，探索高质量AI动画生产Workflow，并与产品团队协作打磨面向专业动画创作的工具能力。

1、本科及以上学历在读，动画、导演、数字媒体艺术、影视制作、视觉传达、美术、游戏设计等相关专业优先； 2、具备动画短片、动画电影、番剧、游戏CG、角色IP内容或风格化影像创作经验； 3、具备较强的镜头语言、叙事节奏、视觉风格和美术审美能力，能够统筹二维、三维或多种风格融合的动画表达； 4、熟悉主流AIGC视频和图像工具，例如Seedance、Runway、Luma、Pika、即梦、可灵、ComfyUI等，具备独立完成复杂AI动画项目的能力；熟悉动画制作相关工具与流程，如Storyboard Pro、Photoshop、After Effects、Blender、Maya、Cinema4D、Unreal Engine等； 5、对大模型、生成式视频、Diffusion、Transformer、RL及数据训练等方向有强烈好奇心，愿意与算法团队深入交流，并能将感性的创作判断转化为清晰、具体、可验证的技术需求； 6、具备良好的沟通与项目推进能力，在坚持创作标准的同时推动问题解决。

加分项 1、有动画公司、影视制作公司、游戏CG团队、AI创作团队实习经验； 2、有二维动画、三维动画、定格动画、游戏过场动画或风格化短片的完整项目经验； 3、有个人AI动画作品账号、公开传播案例或具有行业影响力的代表作。
