1、参与创作向电影叙事类视频内容的剪辑工作，配合团队完成从素材梳理到成片落地的全流程剪辑环节； 2、负责对实时生成的创作向电影叙事类视频内容进行剪辑加工，完成素材梳理、片段拼接、节奏调整等剪辑工作； 3、与导演、算法及技术团队紧密协作，理解创作意图与叙事目标，确保剪辑节奏与影片叙事逻辑高度统一； 4、参与作品成片质量把控，沉淀剪辑方法论与最佳实践，持续提升团队整体创作效率与作品交付质量。

1、本科及以上学历，戏剧影视导演、影视技术、影视摄影与制作、数字媒体艺术相关专业优先； 2、熟练掌握达芬奇、Final Cut、剪映三款剪辑软件，可独立完成基础剪辑全流程操作； 3、拥有个人独立剪辑代表作，长片、短片题材不限，作品需体现清晰的剪辑逻辑与完整的成片质量； 4、具备较强的叙事理解能力与审美功底，能准确把握影片节奏与情绪表达，沟通协作顺畅。

加分项 1、具备跟组剪辑实操经验，剪辑效率高、出片速度快； 2、作品曾入围/获得FIRST青年电影展、平遥国际电影展、金鸡电影节等国内主流影视节展奖项。
