ByteIntern：面向2027届毕业生（2026年9月-2027年8月期间毕业），为符合岗位要求的同学提供转正机会。

1、基于Seedance模型及内部测试版本，独立或主导创作电影叙事短片、概念片、预告片、MV、动画影像等AIGC视频作品，负责创意构思、导演阐述、分镜设计、视听风格、生成执行到成片交付的完整链路； 2、从导演视角评估模型生成结果，识别其在人物表演、镜头调度、空间连续性、视线关系、情绪递进、叙事节奏和风格一致性上的问题，形成结构化、可验证的改进建议； 3、围绕复杂人物互动、多角色一致性、长镜头调度、动作连续性、多镜头叙事、光影氛围和世界观稳定性等方向开展创作压力测试，将创作痛点转化为模型训练、数据建设和产品能力需求； 4、与编剧、剪辑师、制片、算法科学家及产品经理紧密协作，搭建适用于专业叙事创作的AIGC工作流，持续优化剧本拆解、视觉开发、Prompt设计、角色资产、镜头生成、声音与后期衔接； 5、参与高质量影视数据的策划与评估，基于导演专业标准定义镜头语言、人物调度、表演层次、场面组织和视听风格等维度的质量标尺； 6、持续关注全球AIGC影像、电影节作品与新型内容形态，沉淀Seedance导演场景的案例库、创作方法论和最佳实践，推动团队作品质量与创作效率提升。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，戏剧影视导演、电影制作、动画、摄影、数字媒体艺术等相关专业优先； 2、具备剧情短片、电影、剧集、MV、动画或实验影像导演经验，有成熟个人代表作优先，具备扎实的导演基本功，能够独立完成剧本理解、分镜设计、场面调度、人物表演、镜头语言、声音设计与剪辑节奏把控； 3、具备鲜明且稳定的审美判断，能够根据不同题材建立统一的视觉规则，并在多镜头创作中保持人物、空间、光影和情绪的一致性； 4、熟悉主流AIGC视频和图像工具，例如Seedance、Runway、Luma、Pika、即梦、可灵、ComfyUI等，具备独立完成复杂AI视频项目的能力； 5、对大模型、生成式视频、Diffusion、Transformer、RL及数据训练保持强烈好奇心，能够把“画面不对”“表演不成立”等创作判断拆解为具体问题和测试标准； 6、具备良好的项目推进与跨团队沟通能力，能在创作标准、技术边界和交付节奏之间做清晰判断，推动作品按质量要求落地。

加分项 1、作品曾入围或获得FIRST青年电影展、平遥国际电影展、金鸡电影节、上海国际电影节等国内外主流影视节展奖项； 2、有AI原生短片、虚拟制作、动画导演、视效导演或游戏过场动画创作经验； 3、拥有持续更新的个人AIGC作品账号、公开传播案例，或在AIGC影像创作社区具备一定影响力。
