1、负责服务器系统、方案设计及仿真工作； 2、与EE、ME工程师配合，完成服务器板级高速关键器件（retimer/redrive/clock芯片）、高速连接器线缆选型，SI方案评估及成本优化； 3、与Layout工程师配合，优化板级信号走线、PCB叠层设计及PCB材料选择； 4、与ODM、EE及FW工程师配合，给出板级SI/PI设计要求，审核ODM的SI/PI仿真报告和PCB Layout设计，指导高速SerDes信号调优并提供合理SI参数； 5、与芯片团队协作，联合制定芯片的PI、SI设计规格和验证方案，结合系统设计需求制定IP规格需求并完成IP选型，制定芯片低功耗策略及先进电源方案设计与系统验证方案。

1、计算机硬件、电子工程专业硕士学位及以上； 2、至少5年以上平台服务器主板级、芯片级SI/PI仿真/验证经验； 3、熟练高速数字信号设计背景，精通DDR4、PCIe、SATA等高速接口物理层的SI特性； 4、精通VR系统的DC Drop、电流分布密度仿真及电源解耦方案设计；精通Cadence Sigrity Power DC工具；熟练使用高速示波器、VNA、TDR等SI测试设备； 5、有较强的学习能力，动手能力和知识迁移能力，良好的团体沟通和协作能力。
