1、探索大模型在智能运维领域中的应用，提供基于大模型的智能交互、根因定位和异常检测等算法服务； 2、搭建Multi-Agent框架，具备ReAct、Memory、RAG、MCP、A2A、微调等技术能力，为运维效率提升提供智能服务； 3、持续跟进大模型前沿技术、开源方案及其在智能运维领域的应用。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，计算机、软件工程、通信等相关专业； 2、精通AIOps，尤其是稳定性方面的智能运维，有相关项目的落地经验； 3、理解主流大模型的算法原理，具备模型和Agent层面的算法和开发能力。
