1、深入抖音系业务领域，负责该业务全链路的稳定性，对稳定性事故目标负责； 2、挖掘业务架构中的潜在风险，包括技术债、容量瓶颈、容灾短板等，与业务研发团队共同进行优化和重构； 3、主导业务线的高可用体系建设，完善核心场景的容灾预案（如降级、限流、兜底），并建立周期性、自动化的演练机制，确保预案的有效性； 4、建立与关键依赖方联防联控机制，在风险预防和故障应急方面进行深度合作； 5、作为业务侧的应急接口人，高效组织和协调故障处理过程，快速止损，并主导事后复盘，推动根因问题的解决； 6、将稳定性建设的最佳实践（如SLO/SLI度量、预案建设、On-Call规范）在业务团队内进行布道和落地，提升团队整体的稳定性意识和能力。

1、计算机或相关专业本科及以上学历； 2、具备至少一种编程语言的开发能力，包括但不限于Go、Python、Java等，能够通过编写工具和平台来解决实际问题； 3、深刻理解SRE运维理念和实践，对监控报警、故障应急、容量规划、变更管理等有丰富的实战经验； 4、具备强烈的责任心、优秀的沟通能力； 5、具备良好的业务理解能力，能够快速掌握复杂的业务逻辑，并识别其中的稳定性风险。
