1、专注存储领域，为应用、技术组件、基础设施等提供选型、设计、开发、容量规划、调优、故障处理； 2、为业务系统提供基于可用性、可扩展性的决策支持，参与业务系统设计和实施； 3、定位、处理、管理故障，优化导致故障发生的相关组件； 4、参与设计并实现能够保障线上大规模集群迭代的自动化运营平台； 5、提高各组件资源利用率、提升服务SLA标准。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、通信等相关专业优先； 2、具备善于思考、积极乐观的特质，敢于面对挑战、自驱学习； 3、熟悉至少1门开发语言（Go、C/C++、Java、Python、JavaScript等）； 4、扎实的计算机软件基础知识；熟悉Linux负载模型、资源模型、网络IO模型等。

加分项 1、熟悉Codex、Claude Code、TRAE等AI Coding工具，将AI深度融入编码、调试、测试、文档和协作流程，主动用AI重构个人工作方式与研发习惯，并完成过生产级项目的开发上线与运营； 2、对于存储领域典型产品与场景，有一定了解。
